Everything made by Claire Murray Ceramics is by hand, therefore size and appearance may vary slightly.

Most pieces are made of Stoneware and glaze fired to high temperatures, so should be water tight and can be used in the dishwasher from time to time. Continued dishwasher cleaning, with chemicals, high pressure water and temperatures can start to weaken the pieces and they will start to deteriorate over time. Please avoid placing cold pieces on a hot surface or in a hot oven in case of thermal shock and cracking, occasional use in the microwave is acceptable. All finishes and glazes are food safe to the best of Claire Murray Ceramics knowledge.

Claire Murray's Cake Stands are made of Earthenware clay and are fired to a lesser degree. With this in mind please do not place them in the dishwasher as they will degrade over time. Wash by hand in warm soapy water.

The purchase of goods from Claire Murray Ceramics and any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
